Kevin Kramer is currently the Director of Quality Assurance & Training at NEIS, Inc. and is responsible for quality review, dispute resolution and new hire and on-going training of field staff. He has been in the premium audit industry since 1985 in varying roles. Kevin has a bachelors degree and Business Administration & Economics from Augsburg University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Illinois. He also holds the APA, CIPA and PMP designations.
